I'm very much inspired by the way that youth organize themselves to solve their problems. We all know that at this age many people try to do this and that, just to make sure that they at least reach their goals, mostly through studies. However, others end up dealing with bad things due to lack of employment, education etc. It is my duty and yours to educate our fellow young people when we see them going inthe wrong direction. An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all.
