The issue that matters to me most right now is Global Warming. I first learned about global warming in my humanities class where I learned about the melting of polar ice caps and glaciers due to rising temperatures on earth. I have also learned that using more sustainable practices such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power can greatly reduce the amount of pollution that is produced in our environment. A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. It can. If everyone toured the website, the world would be a better place. The more people we can get on board, the more change we can create and leaders will emerge.
