On my own perspective, I believe everyone is a leader. This is because leadership begins in our homes – that’s where we exhibit leadership qualities; care, tolerance, openness, etc. Every leader should be able to live a positive and exemplary life. I'm inspired by ideas, innovation, enthusiasm, creativity and thinking outside the box. I find my inspiration in good books, interactions with friends, websites, and other people's stories. The thing that inspires me most is when someone gets really excited about an issue, and then goes about addressing the issue in a way that's never been done before, combining creativity, efficiency and beauty.
