I believe that clean water as a basic need is a fundamental personal right because if it was not and as it is not a fundamental personal right there are many diseases that are caused by contaminated water sources from drinking contaminated water such as diarea milaria which to us in the developed countries are not as worried because we have treatments. but to a african man woman or child it is way different a simple case of diareah is deathly because unlike us when they get diarea it can dehirate them which they need water to counter the affects bbut if they got the diarea from the water source than it gets worse so it doesnt counter the attack it helps the process in which is deadly to them. so in actuallity i do intensely believe that a clean water source is and should be a fundamental personal right.if we took the desalinization (refers to any of several processes that remove excess salt and other minerals from water. More generally, desalination may also refer to the removal of salts and minerals) technique into affect then that would most likely inreturn be the start of WWIII because ppl and countrys would be fighting over the teritory of the oceans and who owns what. which inturn would result in a more intensly world wide recesion.
