I've always wanted to make myself work out at least twice a week, but I would always get lazy and just say, "oh I will do it tomorrow." Then I would end up NOT exercising for a VERY long time. I'm glad I stuck to this committment and exercise everyday so I don't give myself an excuse. Now my body's healthier and I feel GREAT!

I was one of the lucky students to be in the webcast involved today at my school. I was able to hear all about the creation of Taking It Global that Michael had to say about it. It really got me thinking that perhaps, a high school student like the rest of us may be can truly make a difference in this world. Who are we to say that we do not have the ability to? Also, who are others to strip us from our abilities and tell us that we cannot do such things. We are human beings, and other people can affect us greatly with their words and actions. So why can't we do the same? As the next working generation we have the right and the time to make changes in this world. We can create much greater environments to live in as long as we understand how we should start. I believe that Taking it Global is a great place to start. There are others who can collaborate with us, and tell us their ideas as well. This allows us to become much more familiar with who we are, and those around us who share the same views.
