                    <description><![CDATA[  Only serious replies please. Within the city where I presently live, I was awarded a judgement after a lenghty jury trial a in federal court. My attorneys resigned after after 6 years of on-going senseless appeals of the amount awarded. It's very difficult to get and attorney that can interpret the laws of the court of appeals. After contacting the Board of Prof Responsibilty, this is the response. "this appears to be a complaint against the adverse attorney(s) consider seeking legal remedies or sanctions under rule 11 of civil procedures....these matters are premature while your legal remedies or sanctions may be pursued. I am seeking advice on where do I go from here?]]></description>
