                    <description><![CDATA[I think if a president has a good plan or say policies for his country, just four years may not be enough to achieve the plan. He should be given more time. I believe in continuity, the next person may not understand what the incumbent president was doing at the end of ...the day the whole good plan is turned up side down. We will then start complaining about corruption. I believe you'll see reasons with me.]]></description>

The Event is scheduled for 20th - 22nd of May 2008. There are introducing the British Parlimentary Debate Format which is currently used at the Pan African Universitis Debating Championship and the World Universities Debating Championship. This event is in preparation for the Pan African Universitis Debating Championship (PAUDC) at Botswana in December this year.]]></description>
