Margaret Mead once said that “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, It is the only thing that ever has.” An energy committed by a group no matter how tiny the group might be, will always cause a great impact to the world either positively or negatively.

Human Rights. It has been over 50 years since the United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights was signed by most governments in the world and yet the abuses continue to grow. Freedom of Speech and Human Rights are taken for granted not only in the west but the whole world. The conditions seem to deteriorate around the world with over 50% suffering their rights violation.

A favourite quote that says, “If you aren’t growing neither are your people.” A good leader is one who engages and energies; serve as an inspiration to the members of his team and is able to fulfil or by far exceed the expectations of his superiors. A good leader is trustworthy, honest and authentic. He/she employs strategic planning to their cause and use common sense at certain level of general intelligence. A good leader is that person who’s willing to make mistakes and learn out of his or her mistakes. He or she is passionate, focused and goal oriented. A good leader is also able to understand other people, get a little bit playful, flexible and willing to try out new ideas that are not set in place.
