What inspires you?
I 'm greatly inspired when I see lives become transformed as a result of selfless services rendered by other individuals, even to their own expense. Making a community realise that it takes just community service consciousness to transform a community to enjoy civilize living standards. As a facilitator with the MDGs, Debating-to-Action, is a model for community development.

In my service year, while with the National Service Youth Service Corps Scheme, I had reason to engage youths in an interactive session, towards steady and uninterrupted power supply, at the Ebonyi State University, Ishieke campus. In other to address this trend, we paid a courtesy call to the then speaker, Ebonyi State House of Assembly. Being instrumental to fast tracking of measures towards steady power supply was a fulfilling venture to me, as it gave me a chance to reach out to my neighbours positively.
Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.
To me, a good leader is one who identifies new frontiers and is always willing to make the necessary sacrifice towards the positive development of his constituency. He 's got to be open to ideas and respect his relationship with his followers both individually and collectively, knowing that every one is equally as important.

My affiliation with TIG is in fact a plus to my reach-out campaign. TIG has been very helpful in my efforts. It has provided a platform for collective reasoning with other like-thinking young minds, sharing in their experiences and enriching my self with new ideas from others in the reach-out team. It is also helpful knowing that I am not alone in the fiGht for a better society.
