What inspires you?

What I know is a Nepali has an average 63 years life expectancy. This means, although it is hypothetical, I will live for 43 more years. What I will do within this remaining 43 years has always knocked my brain. As usual what others do or something special and long lasting contribution that will benefits rest to others. People says they are inspired by some celebrities or some high profiles personalities but this "prompt knocks" and "count down" inspires me acting in favour of other people.

Tell us about an issue that matters to you and how you became aware and involved.

Understandings of value of life and its duration made me aware. As I spent my childhood days in the conflict hit areas, I was the witness of many cross firings between the security and armed rebel where the innocent people used to lose their life. Gradually I understand the situation about the world where there is war and unrest and many innocent people were killed. What's my simple argument is that if someone is not related and involved with the war and conflict than he/she should not be subjected to be the victim.

Share your perspectives on what makes a good leader.

In my views a good leader possesses a quality and skill that can influence other person to act towards the change. A good leader always assumes that others are source of learning, not of followers. A good leader always first initiates and than engage others, means a leader should have an ability to inspire. A leader should practice what he advocates for. Good leader should be ready listening his/her criticism. Punctuality, good expression, dedication, commitment, high morality, and willingness to learn are other skills a good leader should preserve.

Do you think TakingITGlobal can help you achieve some of your goals? Have we already? Please tell us how.

It also connects me with useful resources and help me in grabbing the opportunities.
