ings at local and national levels on raising awareness in schools, sending email newsletters, training others at Internet cafes, talking with decision-makers, and implementing projects.

\par }{\cs21\insrsid15216778 The youth community in Bangladesh is working voluntarily to involve themselves in the implementation of WSIS process. We can name here }{\cs21\b\insrsid15216778 Bangladesh Youth Forum on ICT (BYF),}{\cs21\insrsid15216778 
 which is a pioneer to this effect. BYF is young voices for a Bangladesh vision on ICT for the youth segment. They are moving and working dedicatedly with their Slogan \'93Turn the Local Youth into Digital Work Force\'94
. This young community comes out with a strong voice for youth right and the opportunity in global aspect. They are currently working for the implementation of the WSIS action plane in co-operation with GoB, civil society, media and private sectors.

th the support of the respected sectors, they would be able to show their expertise and dedication to meet the challenges in relevant fields, in WSIS (World Summit on the Information society) process. This Youth movement is very encouraging for our ICT se

tor. Deligates from government sector, civil society and private sector has encouraged their initiative for focusing on a prime sector like ICT. They have expressed their support for BYF. Which is really encouraging for promising youth to give a new look 
to the ICT sector. From BYF\rquote s part they also urged the youth community of the country to be involved in the development process of Bangladesh using ICT in all fields.
