I have\par also included a brief situational analysis of Nepal and the mission of our\par organization that we are thinking to do in the near future.\par \par Really you are living in the prosperous world where the country is in the\par culmination of richness, I am here living in the country where more then 42 per\par cent people are under the poverty line. You are enjoying with the unalienable\par rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness here the people are facing\par hunger, starvation, discrimination and suppression since the very long period of\par time. Westerners are thinking better job, a car and a big house. here the people\par are thinking to have adequate food without ant tension. You are secure by your\par state but we need to spend our life always in fear and tensions. I think these\par are the reality and we can list out thousands of such unfair comparisons. But I\par am very much happy by reading your mail and your comment on my article that both\par of we have been agreed to be together to fight such confronted issues. I must\par express you are the great and you are the one among the millions of people of\par this world.\par \par I am also a very simple young man come from a rural village of Nepal to do some\par prominent contribution for the nation in my life and to make a better career for\par good future. I always think to be a famous person in my life and to do more\par innovative work one after another. I do not think only my personal benefit but\par think that, my work should be a public and I myself need to be established as\par \ldblquote Public Figure\rdblquote . I always would like to be different than others. Different does\par not mean to be a famous man but different by act, by sense and by day to day\par behaviour. I have also found the same quality with you. I don\rquote t know whether you\par will be agreed with me or not.\par \par Let us give some information regarding our proposed organization, which is\par coming on function within four months hopefully after at the end of April this\par year.\par \par We have named this organization as \ldblquote Youth Action in Nepal\rdblquote (YOAC-Nepal). The\par major aim of this organization is the enhance youth involvement in the community\par building process and to establish them as alternative leader of our future\par community, through different means of social, cultural and political activities.\par \par Present situation of Nepal is the best example to figure out the grave human\par rights violations. Every nock and corner of our country is facing war like\par situation. The life of general people mostly in the conflict affected areas as\par well as around the country is very miserable. The incidents related to killing,\par abduction, detainments are increasing. All development activities are almost\par closed and postponed. The people right to life has been violated by several\par incidents. The reports says that more than 7,500 people have been killed up so\par far in connection with this movement\par \par The government and the Maoists the last time broke the ceasefire few months back\par in this year, which again brought a great misfortune among the Nepalese people.\par The people\rquote s hope for durable peace again ended when the government and the\par Maoists could not negotiate in some worthless political agendas that again lead\par the nation into the quagmire of violence and terror. Every conflicting party\par tried to impose their own interest during the peace dialogue period. As a result\par they neglected all the plights put forwarded by the civil society organisations\par and other all that were stand for peace.\par \par At the same time, the country is also facing the constitutional crisis. The\par conflict between the king and the mainstream political parties has also brought\par a great political crisis in the nation. The political parties\rquote peaceful movement\par as a name of correcting the constitutional mistakes is also continuing without\par concrete direction and the King made government is not doing any concrete\par efforts for political negotiation.\par \par The women, children and the youths are suffered much by the armed conflict. The\par life of women and children during the armed conflict has been a growing concern\par among the national and international community but at the same time equally\par victimised youth communities\rquote issues, has been neglected by all. The youths are\par displaced from the conflict-affected areas. Their abduction from the security\par forces as a name of combatant and the abduction from the Maoists as frontline\par soldier of their movement have raised a great question mark to the security of\par young people in Nepal. Their social obligation as a reformer and their family\par obligation as a caretaker of their old parents and younger brothers and sisters\par has greatly disturbed by this conflict. The limited employment opportunities\par initiated by the government and NGOs in conflict affected region, has been cut\par off or greatly disturbed by the conflict.\par \par All forms of development initiatives like road construction, kitchen gardening,\par local level income generating schemes, government funded micro and macro\par projects and other non-governmental initiatives has been almost closed due to\par the reason of conflict. The food for work programme had a great impact in the\par conflict affected regions but that has been almost closed due to the fear from\par the Maoists. The Maoists have destroyed more than 1900 VDCs out of 3912 and this\par action has badly affected the local level development works. Equally, the\par government has not been able to complete the election of local government\par authority on time. Most of the developmental works have been cut off in the\par conflict affected areas and this has also brought great problem within the rural\par life.\par \par In this regards, we some of university studying youths doing our academic degree\par determined to form an organization to heal the pain of general people to some\par extent organizing several personal and community building activities in\par different level. We believe the community building is only possible when the\par youths of this nation or living outside the nation could contribute their\par valuable time, energy and expertise. The community reconstruction is only\par possible when the youth from around the country could organize in single forum,\par interact each other, network each other and establishes as capable man power of\par this nation. Furthermore, they should develop as a community leader of this\par community. The above-mentioned organization is a part of that and has been\par established with holistic approach, where young people from around the country\par will join to work for their local community and the organization will provide a\par good platform and try to find out resources and opportunities in local as well\par as international level for real action.\par \par The policy oriented activities will be the following;\par \tab Youth Voluntarism\par \tab Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance\par \tab Leadership Development\par \tab Environment and Community Development\par \tab Student / Youth Politics\par \tab Women and Children Development\par \tab Peace and Development\par \tab Employment and Income generating activities\par \tab Youth Rights and Youth Service Policies\par \tab Media and ICT development\par \tab Documentation and Dissemination\par \tab Rural Urban Linkage\par \tab Voluntary actions\par \tab Research, Study and Publication\par \tab Population and Reproductive Health/Rights\par \par We are expecting support and solidarity from the individuals, organizations,\par agencies, movement organizations and other like-mined organization from around\par the world. Our newly formed organization is in transitional phase this time and\par we are struggling for sustaining it as a youth led and community focused\par organization. I believe that there are so many people in different corner of the\par world who have deep-rooted interest to help poor and underprivileged people but\par have not got chance to do it and to go for action.
